Editors Note: My personal favorite of the two perfumes is Nectars des Iles.. a sparkling diamond of a fragrance, so sophisticated.. really this lady could be taken anywhere in the finest of company. I SHALL be ordering!

I will take my time with Vents Ardents… we shall have a longer courtship.. but that IS appropriate for a Proper Lady like myself, yes?

My “review” was based on charming spray samples provided by

EnVoyage Perfumes.

OMG…These sound amazing! I’m looking forward to trying them.

taffynfontana 04/21/2011 at 11:40 pm

These both sound masterfully crafted enjoyed the beautiful visuals of tropical paradise. I would love to try either but especially Vents Ardents. Thanks again

I have to agree with you. Nectar sounds delectible.

Anna in Edinburgh 04/22/2011 at 10:30 am

Vents Ardents has intriguing heart notes that appeal very much to me.
Both scents are very romantic and exotic and I would really like to hear from someone who has experienced the third scent, created when both meet intimately.

Jessica 04/22/2011 at 11:16 am

Oh, that’s a tough one. I adore tobacco, though, so I’d have to vote for Vents Ardents.

Undina 04/22/2011 at 3:22 pm

I hope subscribing through the RSS feed (my preferred way of reading blogs) also meets the criteria because I’d really like to be entered into the draw for Nectars des Iles.

Shelley’s creative approach to perfume has done it again: come up with an absolutely unique perfume duo that combines into a mysterious third scent! As mysterious as the union created by two lovers; and the perfumes, separately and together, are, as always, elegant, erotic, and romantic. All I can say is Bravo!!

Flora 04/23/2011 at 12:39 am

No need to enter me as I already have samples and they are both mind-blowingly good! The winners will be lucky indeed! :-)

Anna, the layering effect from wearing these both at once is just stupendous, and highly recommended. It brings out the best in each for a very rounded, sensuous experience that is the ultimate in romance.

Rochette 04/23/2011 at 8:45 am

I am new to Shelley Waddington’s and Juan Manual Perez’s scents and eager to try both, but you had me at frangipani…. so, Nectars Des Iles it is.
This article is a romantic dream. Love the writing and pics. Great job as always, Monica!

Ragna 04/23/2011 at 5:06 pm

O.M.G. !!! Heard about this line for the very first time today! Immediately had to find out more (the lemmings hit fast and hard) and I think an order is in order! (hahaha that’s even fun to say!) Every single scent sounds amazing! Choosing will likely bring sweat to my brow…. :-)

I’d love to try Nectars. Fabulous and favorite heart notes of mine, and it would be a great perfume to wear in celebrating my 5th anniversary, which is coming up soon!

This is the most excited I’ve been to try a new scent in, well, at least a couple of days! LOL You know how it is – always something to get your heart beating faster in the perfume world. ;-) Thank you & Shelley for the draw opportunity!

Amanda Feeley aka AbsintheDragonfly 04/28/2011 at 10:44 am

Nectars Des Iles!!! Nectars Des Iles!!! Nectars Des Iles!!
If these are as spectacular as Shelley’s other creations, I shall have another weapon in my seduction arsenal! :D

Please please enter me in this lovely draw!

Lynne1962 04/28/2011 at 1:24 pm

I would love to try Nectars des Iles! (or vents Ardent) It is impossible to choose. I plan to order many samples soon!!

BlackHawk 04/28/2011 at 4:51 pm

Last night I was just looking on the web to read about some new fragrances for summertime, and I entered this blog..I was totally enchantred by the descriptions of these two fragrance from En Voyage, I’ve never heard of this Niche brand before but now I’m truly curious to know more.
Vents Ardents seems to be a dreamy, sensual and warm fragrance, the one I’d love to wear on a romantic date: it makes me think of a wonderful Caribbean sunset, sitting by a white sand shore and staring at the sun that gives up its last rays before vanishing under the horizon…a nice prelude to a very special night.
I’d expecially like to know how the boozy top notes and the floral heart combines with my chemistry..it sounds yummy and really sensual! So please, count me in this fantastic draw for Vents Ardents…and, of course, thanks to perfumepharmer and Shelly Waddington for the opportunity.

Charlotte 04/28/2011 at 6:52 pm

Oh, I so want to try Nectar des Iles! I will grovel, yes I will. I just know that this fragrance was created just for me and I am so very anxious to wear it!!

Holly 04/28/2011 at 7:58 pm

I would love the opportunity to try either of these, but while Nectar des Iles sounds so magical, Vents Ardents has got me by the heartstrings. What an amazing blend of notes! Thanks so much for the draw.

Daisy 04/28/2011 at 9:10 pm

…and then I realized that I technically did not follow the rules by not stating which scent I’d prefer. Very tough choice…but eager, eager me has already ordered Nectars des Iles! so I would naturally choose the beautiful Vents Ardents to compliment it. :-)

Claudia 04/28/2011 at 10:35 pm

Nectar des Iles sounds absolutely stunning and it would be the one i am drawn to and would choose, but of course i would choose the Vents Ardents for my honey as he was born and raised in Puerto Rico, how fitting. What a wonderful draw…thank you.

Lisa BTB 04/29/2011 at 12:04 am

Both sound lovely and I’d love to try either. The floral heart of Nectar des Iles makes me smile but Vents Ardents stands out. Wow, I really have to have both lol.

datura5750 04/29/2011 at 11:24 am
