I am moisture on the tongue as it wants
A bead
of sweat
trickling down the back
A gathering in a treasure chest
I crest
Blending in to bring out the best
in the rest.
You and me, I whisper
You know me, you whimper
I am strong like the sea
Acerbic like it belongs to me
But soft and cozy
I am all you are reminded of.
An omnipresent scent
Dancing unspent throughout your life
Reminding you of where you went.

Sit with me awhile.
I’ll stay and move all over you
I am the meaning of beguile.
